Well we’re finally done in Peggy’s Cove… for now. So this week’s Peggy’s Cove picture is probably the last one for a while. I took this still from a video I shot on a day when the waves were absolutely dramatic at the tail end of the storm. It made me think how much the power of nature can destroy and yet be so beautiful! No matter where you are on your fitness journey remember that being powerful is a beautiful thing!
