It’s all to easy to just let another weekend slide by. Maybe you’ll binge on netflix, clean the house or try in vain to catch up on the errands. Most of us could also stand to do more for our health too. Take an hour or even half an hour out of your weekend over the next dew days, get moving and do something that will make you feel better this monday. Monday’s do suck but this one could suck just a little bit less! Then after that watch the netfix!
