I took this picture last week at the tail end of a storm. It’s just a picture of our beach with some heavy surf at low tide. Notice the big container ship that pulled into the bay to escape the storm. A lot of people don’t know but the sand on a beach comes and goes several times during the year and it was defiantly gone in this one. Some storms wash it in and others wash it back out.
If you’ve got a problem you need to figure out how to deal with going for a run, watching the waves at the shore or a good cry can really help you sort it out. I’ve been known to combine all three a run during which I cry a bit next to the ocean, talk about catharsis!
